Curbside leaf collection will begin the end of October. Leaves should be raked loose to the curb or placed in brown paper bags. Leaves in plastic bags will not be collected. Crews will circulate through streets more than once, so if you miss the first stop, weather permitting, they will be back. If you need your leaves removed immediately, residents can bring them directly to the Middletown Recycling Center at no charge. The Recycling Center is open Monday - Friday, 7am - 2:45pm and every Saturday through the end of November, 7am - 11:45am. More information on leaf collection can be found here.
