The Middletown Small Business Development Center (MSBDC) was established by the City of Middletown and the Middlesex County Chamber of Commerce to foster economic and business development in the City of Middletown. MSBDC offers Middletown individuals and businesses free assistance involving business management, marketing, accounting, and loan packaging.
