5:00 p.m.         Festival commencement @ DeKoven Dr. | Riverfront Lawn Viewing 

5-9:30 p.m.    Live Music, Food Trucks & Fun Activities for the Kids!

9:30 p.m.         Fireworks Display

The Middletown Commission on the Arts (MCA) is proud to honor Robert “Bob” Nasta, musician, composer, educator, and advocate, with the MCA’s 2025 Music Ambassador Award—a most fitting recognition for a life dedicated to harmony in every sense. Bob will be honored at a ceremony at the Fireworks Festival on Saturday, June 28, 2025 in the City of Middletown. Bob will be accompanied by fellow musicians and dancers.

ROAD CLOSURES          

9:00 am  - DeKoven Drive at Washington Street Closed

 Northbound Traffic Only – No Blocking Tunnel Access

2:00 pm -  Close Lower COURT STREET when applicable (from Melilli Plaza & DeKoven Drive).  Close MAIN STREET and COURT STREET, Digital Display “One Way Do Not Enter”

 7:00 pm  -     DEKOVEN DRIVE closed to ALL TRAFFIC

EXIT 14 CLOSED

  • HARBOR DRIVE CLOSED
  • DINGWALL DRIVE closed between Metro Square & Dekoven Drive
  • MLK WAY: closed between Metro Square and Dekoven Drive
  • RIVER ROAD: closed between Harbor Drive and Walnut Street
  • EASTERN DRIVE - Southbound Traffic Only
  • SILVER STREET closed between Eastern Drive & Holmes Avenue (Closed by CVH  Police)

 PARKING LOCATIONS: 

  • Main Street
  • Melilli Plaza
  • Municipal Lots
  • Commuter Lot (Eastern Drive)
  • CVH grounds

 

HANDICAPPED PARKING:

  • The UPPER CITY HALL PARKING LOT
  • COLUMBUS PARK parking lot (After 5:00 pm)

SPECTATOR VIEWING:

  • Front of City Hall
  • DeKoven Drive area
  • Harbor Park
  • CVH Grounds

 

PARKING PERMITS:

Only vehicles with authorized passes or handicapped permits are allowed into Harbor Park until 7:00 pm

AFTER 7:00 pm, NO VEHICULAR TRAFFIC
