I/We agree to be available for the scheduled rain date of July 3, 2022 in the event of a postponement of the event due to inclement weather on July 2, 2022.
I / We agree to have booth set up by 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, July 2nd with a rain date of Sunday, July 3rd and to have any unloading vehicles out of the festival area by 4 p.m.; and keep booth open to the public up to a minimum of 9:30 p.m. All vendors must be off-site by 11 p.m. or be subject to fees and charges.
I / We agree to meet all Fire Dept. requirements with propane tanks well-secured to a substantial object and have been properly tested and dated. (All food vendors must also have available a 10# BC dry chemical [or equivalent] fire extinguisher properly tagged by a fire prevention company.)
I/We agree not to hold the City of Middletown responsible for any damage, theft, or injury, caused to myself or property, occurring during the set-up, preparation, presentation, or break-down and closing of this event.
I/we understand that an assignment of vendor space will be determined once fees have been paid and permits have been acquired by all required Police and Health departments.
