 Iddi Saaka, a native of Ghana, is a versatile and award-winning West African dance and music performance artist and teacher who specializes in Ghanaian dance and music forms as well as contemporary dance. Saaka holds a Diploma (with distinction) in Dance from the University of Ghana and an MFA in Dance from University of California, Los Angeles. He has performed and taught nationally and internationally in many distinguished venues.

 Karima A. Robinson, PhD is a playwright, performer, theatre director, and educator. Dr. Robinson performs excerpts of her solo-performance piece about poet Phillis Wheatley entitled, Farewell to America: A Phillis Wheatley Story. She also performs a solo-performance piece about the life of anti-lynching advocate Ida B. Wells entitled, Colored People's Day: Ida B. Wells at the Chicago World's Fair. Dr. Robinson has directed staged readings of her plays Outraged! and Ivory.
