City to Host Food Waste Solutions Workshop on April 9th

In celebration of Food Waste Prevention Week, the City of Middletown will be holding a Food Waste Solutions Workshop on Tuesday, April 9 at 6pm in the Hubbard Room at Russell Library.   

The program will feature Sherill Baldwin, an Environmental Analyst with the CT Department of Energy and Environmental Protection who will provide an overview of the state programs to reduce and divert food waste, and steps individuals can take to save money and prevent food waste.
