Connecticut Ballet’s Annual 

BALLET UNDER THE STARS 

Free performance tour around the state kicks off on Sunday, July 16th at Wadsworth Mansion, 421 Wadsworth Street, Middletown, with a 7:00pm performance at the historic wedding and special event venue. Support provided by the Middletown Commission on the Arts and Price Chopper. Narrated by Artistic Director Brett Raphael, the performance will feature the professional company in a series of romantic duets and culminate in a performance of the popular, Fosse Medley, featuring standards by jazz choreographer/movie director Bob Fosse. According to Raphael, ‘This program has something for everyone and is a great way to introduce young people to the magic of live performance. The range of work spans both contemporary and classical ballet and music as diverse Paul Winter, Bruce Springsteen, and Argentine Tango.” A meet-and-greet with the performers follows each presentation.
