THE HOUSE IS ALL DRESSED UP AND WE ARE READY TO THROW A HOLIDAY PARTY!
AND YOU ARE INVITED!
Come join us for some holiday cheer and see our pop-up exhibit of historic holiday treasures from Middletown, including handmade greeting cards by artist Bill Batty, holiday menus from the Victorian Chafee's Hotel (now the Sons of Italy building on Court Street), and winter images from our photo archives. We will have refreshments and cookies for you. Want to bring a housewarming gift? We are hosting a Holiday Food Drive for the Amazing Grace Food Pantry.

Also on display is our exhibit, "A Century of Devotion: The Saint Sebastian Feast in Middletown, 1921 - 2021."

Join Jessica Morozowich, Funding Booster Program Manager & Professional Grant Writer, to learn the in’s and out’s of grant writing -- what you need to have in place before you apply, how to make sure you’re relevant and READI, how to write persuasive narratives, and develop comprehensive budgets. We’ll look at CT Office of the Arts funding opportunities for artists in particular, and review comments from panelists to give you the inside look at what makes a proposal shine!

The Connecticut Office of the Arts will provide general operating support grants funded by the CT General Assembly to support Connecticut's theaters and performing groups as they pursue their mission.
