WANTED PERSON LOCATED

The Middletown Police have located and arrested 59-year-old Abdias Cortes for the domestic related incident that occurred on December 25, 2021. Cortes was charged with Violation of a Protective Order, Assault 2nd Degree, Threatening 2nd Degree, and Reckless Endangerment 1st Degree. Cortes is being held on a $100,000 court set bond and will be presented in Middletown Court on 12-30-2021. Thank you to all who assisted us in locating Cortes.
