The Office of Equal Opportunity and Diversity Management records, investigates, resolves or refers citizen complaints of discrimination, bias incidents, and unfair treatment. The Office of Equal Opportunity and Diversity Management and the Human Relations Commission advise the Mayor, Common Council, Department Heads, and Department Directors in ameliorative efforts to provide equal opportunity and access and enhance peace and good order.
