1. Community Development

   The Middletown Department of Planning, Conservation, Development is not only interested creating a vibrant economy in Middletown, but also is activity working at creating a vibrant community for all walks of life in Middletown.

2. Economic Development

   The Economic Development division of Middletown's Department of Planning, Conservation, and Development helps new and existing businesses and industries succeed in Middletown.

3. Environmental

   The Environmental Division strives to make Middletown a better place to live and work by developing environmental and pollution prevention programs.

4. Planning & Zoning

   The Planning and Zoning Division maintains, reviews, and carries out the Plan of Conservation and Development for the City.

5. Zoning Enforcement

   When a zoning violation occurs, our department can exercise the power of zoning enforcement to protect the health, safety, and welfare of the citizens of Middletown.
