The Middletown Police Department's Motorcycle Patrol consists of specially trained officers who are primarily utilized for:
- Accident Investigations
- Parking and Pedestrian Enforcement
- Safety Inspections
- Special Events
- Traffic Enforcement
The motorcycles provide the Police Department with additional community interaction and have the ability to access areas that patrol cars cannot.
