Vaccine Information

Vaccine clinics were held at the Middletown Senior Center for Middletown residents 60 and older.  As of March 12th, everyone on our waitlist was provided a vaccine appointment or provided assistance in finding a vaccine with another provider.  If you are still searching for a vaccine appointment we recommend the following options:

 

Assistance by Phone:

  • Call Connecticut’s COVID-19 Vaccine Appointment Assist Line call 877-918-2224. People have had success calling this number and asking for the community health center drive-thru clinic on Vine Street in Middletown.  They will also tell you about other opportunities in the area. 
  • Hartford HealthCare Access Center 860-287-7690 
  • Middlesex Health 860 358-7050 

Assistance Online:

  • Hartford HealthCare: Hartford HealthCare has multiple locations throughout the state, including large clinics in the Hartford area. To make an appointment using this system, click here. 
  • Yale New Haven Health: Yale New Haven Hospital has multiple locations throughout the state, including large clinics in the New Haven area. To make an appointment using this system, click here. 
  • Middlesex HealthTo make an appointment using this system, click here 
  • Walgreens: Walgreens is currently offering the vaccine at 12 different locations and will soon be adding many more across the state. To make an appointment using this system, click here.  If using this option, be patient and keep refreshing or trying different times to look for an appointment.  Appointments are added frequently. 
  • CVS: CVS is currently offering the vaccine in multiple locations To make an appointment using this system, click here. If using this option, be patient and keep refreshing or trying different times to look for an appointment.  Appointments are added frequently. 
  • Walmart: To make an appointment using this system, click here. 
  • VAMS online system: VAMS is the Vaccine Administration Management System and can be used to schedule appointments at multiple clinics across the state. To make an appointment using this system, click hereProviders learn their supply delivery each week so be patient and keep trying.  Just because there isn’t an appointment showing right now, try again in a few hours or another day.
